【公告】114.01校級國際薦外交換計畫甄試_第一次錄取學校公布及報到
1、第一次錄取學校公布如附件1。
The first-round admission results are announced in Attachment 1.
2、 即日起，同學可登入系統查詢個人錄取學校並完成線上報到。請務必於114年12月10日(三)下午4時前完成線上報到，逾時未完成者視同放棄本次錄取結果。
From now on, you may log in to the system to check your admitted institution and complete the online registration. Please ensure that the online registration is completed by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Failure to complete registration by the deadline will be considered as forfeiting this admission.
During online registration, please check the Statement of Consent and upload the payment receipt for the NT$5,000 exchange program deposit (scanned as a PDF file). After confirming that all information is correct, click "Confirm Registration" to complete the registration.
4、「薦外交換甄試保證金」須至總務處出納組繳納。繳費時，請告知欲繳交甄試保證金，即可繳費，無須從系統列印繳費單。另外，請告知出納組於收據備註欄註明「國合處校級國際交換計畫保證金」。
The deposit must be paid at the Cashier Section of the Office of General Affairs. There is no need to print a payment slip from the system. When paying, please inform the staff that it is for the OIC University-Level International Outbound Exchange Program Deposit, and request that the remark section on the receipt includes this note.
5、同學完成上傳保證金收據後，請於12月10日下午5時前將收據正本繳回國合處，並自行保留影本，以利完成交換義務後向國合處申請退費。
After uploading the deposit receipt online, please submit the original receipt to the OIC by 5:00 PM on December 10, 2025, and retain a copy for your records. You may apply for a refund of the deposit from the OIC after fulfilling your exchange student obligations.
6、未參加第一次志願選填、第一次放榜時未錄取，或有錄取學校但未完成報到者，系統將自動排入第二次志願選填名單。
Students who did not participate in the first-round preference selection, were not admitted, or were admitted but did not complete registration will automatically be included in the second-round institution preference selection.
7、完成線上報到程序後再放棄交換資格者，將沒入保證金二分之一。
If you withdraw from the exchange program after completing online registration, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.

- 單一語組操作手冊 Manual for the Single Language Group (Mandarin Only)
- 英語組加一個外語組操作手冊 Manual for the English Group plus one Foreign Language Group (Mandarin Only)
- 英語組及外語組皆錄取者，如欲於其中一校報到，請務必先點選「同意」再選擇報到組別及學校；如點選放棄，系統將視同一併放棄本次二組錄取結果。
- If you are admitted to both the English group and the foreign language group and would like to register for one of the institutes, you must first click “Agree” and then select the group and institute you wish to register for. If you click “Disagree,” you will be considered as having forfeited both admissions.

- 本處預計1月中起依各締約校作業時間通知同學填寫提名調查，敬請同學配合填寫。因提名係依各締約校作業時間分批進行，預計陸續於各校提名截止前一個月完成。完成提名之相關電子郵件，將寄送副本予同學備查。
- Starting from mid-January, the OIC will notify students to complete the nomination survey according to each partner institution’s schedule. Since nominations are processed in batches based on each institution’s timeline, they are expected to be completed one month prior to each institution’s deadline. A copy of the nomination-related emails will be sent to students for reference.
